Inclusive branding for NDIS care

A welcoming brand identity and website for an NDIS provider emphasizing inclusion, acceptance, and empathy, with particular focus on serving the LGBTQI+ community.

The Challenge

Rose Haley had a clear vision. NDIS providers often feel clinical. Corporate. Unwelcoming for LGBTQI+ individuals who already face acceptance challenges in finding supportive care. Enrich needed to be different.

The branding had to communicate genuine inclusion without tokenism. Warmth that felt real, not performative. Visual identity that celebrated diversity while maintaining professional credibility. The website would be the first touchpoint for vulnerable individuals seeking support. It had to feel safe, welcoming, and human immediately.

Rose wanted a brand that reflected her hands-on care approach. Approachable. Whimsical. Comfortable. A digital home that said "you belong here" the moment you arrived.

The Solution

We built the brand from the ground up. Webflow gave Rose's team independence to update services and share client stories without developer dependency.

The logo used gentle, approachable typography. Not corporate sans-serifs, not overly decorative scripts. Something human. The color palette integrated Pride flag vibrancy, not as a checkbox but as core identity. Rainbow hues woven throughout the site design.

Botanical illustrations (sun icons, leaf graphics) brought whimsy and warmth. Organic shapes balanced with clean geometric layouts. The imagery strategy: only authentic client photos. Rock climbing. Beach outings. Creative activities. Real moments showing enriched lives, not stock imagery staging care.

The result: a digital space that feels celebratory and safe. Where LGBTQI+ individuals see themselves represented authentically. Where Rose's commitment to personalized, empowering support comes through visually before reading a word.

Mission-Driven Design & Brand Identity

Building a brand that celebrates LGBTQI+ inclusion authentically, translates Rose's hands-on care philosophy visually, and empowers the team with independence.

Designing for genuine LGBTQI+ inclusion meant avoiding tokenism. Pride flag integration wasn't an add-on. It was foundational. Rainbow colors wove through the entire visual language, celebrating identity while warm botanical tones (sun iconography, leaf graphics) created comfort and approachability.

Typography choices mattered. Gentle without being patronizing. Professional without feeling clinical. The minimalistic logo approach ensured accessibility while botanical illustrations added whimsy. Growth metaphors that aligned with "enriching lives."

Rose's vision shaped every decision. Her hands-on care philosophy needed to translate visually. Authentic client photography became central: real activities (rock climbing, beach outings, creative pursuits), real moments, real lives being enriched. No stock images staging disability support. Just genuine representation.

Webflow enabled team independence. Rose's team could update service offerings, share client success stories, and manage content without developer dependency. Social media assets, brand guidelines (colors, typography, illustration style), and ongoing content control supported Enrich's growth.

The outcome: a safe digital space where LGBTQI+ individuals immediately see themselves represented. Where professional NDIS credibility meets genuine warmth. Where Rose's empowering support philosophy communicates before a single word is read.
